  • A refundable deposit of £100 is required for private bookings that include the use of the kitchen facilities. The Village Hall Committee reserves the right to retain the deposit if the facilities are not left in a satisfactory condition.

    Hire charges include the use of tables, chairs, electricity, and heating.

  • A refundable deposit of £50 is required for hall-only bookings (excluding kitchen use). Please note that deposit cheques will be banked in accordance with our policy.

  • The Village Hall Committee reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning, repairs, or the replacement of any items damaged or lost during the hire period. This also includes costs for refilling or replacing fire safety equipment if used outside of an emergency.

    All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
